The proposed contract action is for Stryker LifePak CR2 Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in support of the United States Army. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to solicit distributors of the Stryker LifePak CR2 AED under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) as a 100% small business set-a-side. RFQ release is anticipated on or about 26 August 2020, closing date on or about 9 September 2020 with contract award on or about 24 September 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. The requirement is for a quanity of 15 AEDs Model Number 99512-001434 and 2 Trainer AEDs Model Number 11250-000162. This requirement also has two 100% evaluated options of AED Model Number 99512-001434. Delivery will be required within 30 days after receipt of order to Rock Island Arsenal.
