U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to repair by replacement the windows for building (Bldg) 160 on the Rock Island Arsenal. Repairs include, but are not limited to to the following: replace existing windows with new windows, install masonry wall infill into existing window openings, repairing exterior historic masonry, cleaning exterior masonry, sealing historic masonry, minor concrete repairs, replacing hollow metal doors, replacing an existing built-up roof system with a new 90 mil EPDM roofing system, installing exhaust vans, installing intake louvers with dampeners, and electrical work in support of other trades. Although this is stated as a window repair project, there is a significant amount of masonry work included in the project. Interested parties should submit their information directly to Tyler Cahill at tyler.m.cahill.civ@mail.mil, no later than 12:00pm Central Standard Time on 1 February 2019. Information should include previous recent and relevant project details providing services of the same or similar to each of those listed above, the dollar amounts of those services, dates and organizations that work was provided to, your business cage code and your business size status. **This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY** and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
