The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for the Repair of Building 72 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Ilinois, to identify business sources with the capacity, experience, and interest under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. The scope of this project is to repair by replacement 50 windows in Building 62. The majority of the windows are 4'6" wide by 10'0" tall in size. The windows have lead based paint and asbestos glazing putty. There are 3 bid options with option quanitites up to an additional 65 windows. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 if all options are exercised. Interested parties should submit their information to the Interested Vendors list no later than 10:00 Central Time (CST) 5 Apr 2019. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the respone. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No phone solicitation or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be accepted prior to its release.
