This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing wafer processing equipment, semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment, and other semiconductor making machinery. The Government contemplates awarding a five (5) year Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contract resulting from the subject solicitation.
