In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 52.212-4(c), Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and in support of the Product Lead Logistics Information Systems (PL LIS) mission, Army Contracting Command - Rock Island executed a contract modification to extend the period of performance for seven months for the requirement for operations, maintenance, and technical and engineering support (TES) services for the commercial Theatre Operations Support (TOPS) software modules. All software was developed by Apptricity and modified by Apptricity to meet the Government's requirements. The seven-month extension period of performance (PoP) is 03 September 2022 through 02 April 2023. This extension includes an unexercised three-month option from 03 April 2023 through 02 July 2023, for a total of ten months. This modification was executed under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l)/FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
