The Ministry of Defense (MOD) of the Arab Republic of Egypt has entered into a Letter of Offer and Agreement with the US Government as described in Defense Security Cooperation Agency Basic (DSAMS) Current Implemented Case Report: EG-B-NGB Basic Case; Implemented Date: 24 Jul 19. This requirement is for Phase III of co-production between Egypt and United States Government (USG). Phase III is for line item 004 of EG-B-NGB, which provides for miscellaneous ammunition, tools, and special equipment, including the production assembly of 30,000 each M865 Cartridge 120 Millimeter (mm) Target Practice Cone Stabilized Discarding Sabot Tracer (TPCSDS-T) and 16,000 each M831A1 Cartridge 120mm Target Practice-Tracer (TP-T).
