Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of the following item: Titanium Dioxide in accordance with (IAW) Drawing 13-19-295, Revision F, May 6, 2015 (Attachment 0001). TiO2% shall be minimum 95% Moisture content shall be 0.3% max. This requirement for Titanium Dioxide is for the brand name Tiona RCL-4, a registered trademark of Tronox Corporation, or Tioxide R-FC5, a registered trademark of Huntsman Corporation. Estimated guaranteed minimum quantity is 8,000 lbs with a total maximum quantity of 150,000 lbs for the Tiona RCL-4 or Tioxide R-FC5. PBA will NOT conduct tests on Brand Name Titanium Dioxide samples to ensure compliance. Vendor must be able to submit a Certificate of Analysis (COA) or a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) that shows the Brand Name and compliance with the technical data, IAW Drawing 13-19-295, Revision F, May 6, 2015 (Attachment 0001). Delivery location is FOB Destination Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Request interested sources, submit on the following: 1. Is your company able to provide the material? 2. Provide vendor references/any previous contract references. The NAICS code for these items is 325180 – Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing. Drawings for this requirement have a restricted distribution statement and will be available by requesting access via SAM.gov. To obtain access to the drawing the vendor must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) at https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/. Only the company’s data custodian is authorized to request the restricted drawing. Please add requesting Company’s Cage Code in comments/reason for requesting access to ensure faster access.
