This requirement is sole source to JCI in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the Government intends to issue an award to JCI who is found to be the only source available meeting all requirements. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited, however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation with a proposal which will be considered by ACC-RI. The United States Army Garrison (USAG) Department of Public Works (DPW) at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) has a requirement for the purchase of two (2) Simplex TrueSite Workstations/Model 4190-8401 to include Desktop PC with WIN 10, TSW Software, Network Interface Card, Media Card, Monitor with speakers, system operation verification reports, operation and maintenance manuals, delivery and install with a one year warranty. The delivery date is 90 days after date of award. No options are included. This is a one-time sole source purchase order on Contract.
