The Army will use an Other Transaction Authority for an Agreement with Lead Systems Integrator(s) to design, develop and demonstrate Prototype Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution(s) that converge the capabilities of 5 separate systems Business Systems: -- General Fund General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), -- GFEBS-Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA), -- Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), -- Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), and -- Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Hub. The purpose of this DRAFT Prototype Project Opportunity Notice (PPON) (with Attachments 0001 – 0011) and the Statement of Need (with enclosures A – J1) is to receive Industry comment and feedback on the Government’s approach for the Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence (EBS-C) Prototype Project. See PPON Attachment 0008 for a list of all of the files. In addition to this DRAFT PPON, the Government has included a Request for Information (RFI) Template for Industry (PPON Attachment 0000) to provide responses to seven Question Topics, related to this notice. Industry is also asked to use the Question Template (PPON Attachment 0001) to submit any questions or comments. The RFI responses and Questions are due by 18 JUL 2022, 1:00pm ET. An Industry Day (using a virtual platform, i.e. FaceBook Live, MS Teams) is planned and the projected date will be announced on this page. The Industry Day will be held after the receipt of Industry Response to the RFI responses comments, feedback and (after 18 July).
