This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The Scope of this project is to retain and repair the exterior envelope of Building 301 (Quarters One), while preserving the historic features of the building. The building is located on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. It is a 3-story building, orignally constructed in 1872 and is approximately 15,000 GSF. It is a designated National Hisotric Landmark. The expectation is to upgrade the building envelope to sustain itself for the next 10-15 years.
