This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The Scope of this project is a design build project to upgrade the fall protection hatches, and elevation access for the high tank to current OHSA safety requirements, install piping with one way valve(s) to mix remaining water in the tank: install electrical equipment including lights, cathodic protection, and instrumentation; and paint the tank and structure inside an out. This project is located at Structure 236 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL.
