The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W52P1J-22-R-5006. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W52P1J-22-R-5006 for the Replace Rooging - Building 350 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. NAICS - 238160 Roofing Contractors Service Code - Z2QA Repair of Alteration of Restoration of Real Property This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. The scope of this project is to repair by replacement of an existing low-slope EPDM roof with a new EPDM roofing system on Building 350 located at the US Army Garrison, Rock Island Arsenal. The base bid repairs 74,700 square feet of existing low-slope single-ply roofing by removing the existing roofing system and installing new insulation and a new EPDM membrane system. The work includes the repair and/or new installation of other itmes associated with the roofing system such as roof drains, flashing, sealing joints, coping systems, concrete work etc.
