The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W52P1J-22-R-5005. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W52P1J-22-R-5005 for the Replace 13.8KV Overhead Circuits 1E&2E project on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. NAICS 238210 - Electrical contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. The scope of this project is to provide complete design and construction services for both demolition and new work of the overhead/underground primary electrical infrastructure system, and includes seamless tie-in to affected existing facilities/structures connected to the utility grid circuits "1E" & "2E". Civil and structural features shall be designed and constructed; to compliment the depth and breadth of the final Electrical Scope as the project requires. Government Electrical Concept Drawings and Diagrams with demolition and new work will be provided as design guidance.
