This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W52P1J-22-R-5004 for the Replace Roofing - Building 210 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. NAICS - 238160 - Roofing Contractors Service Code - Z2QA Repair or Alteration of Restoration of Real Property This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(d), the magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. The Scope of this project is to repair by replacement on an existing low-slope EPDM roof with a new EPDM roofing system on Building 210 located at the US Army Garrison Rock Island Arsenal. The base bid work repairs 32,000 square feet of existing low-slope single-ply roofing by removing the existing roofing system and installing new insulation of other items associated with the roofing system such as roof drains, flashing, sealing joints, coping systems, concrete work etc.
