This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in (1) saturating purchased mats and felts with asphalt or tar from purchased asphaltic materials and (2) manufacturing asphalt and tar and roofing cements and coatings from purchased asphaltic materials. Supply Description: The Government objective is award of a 3-Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Asphaltic Compound IAW MIL-DTL-3301D. Minimum Guarantee: 43,992 LBS. (1 truckload) Maximum: 2,815,488 LBS. All vendors who provide goods/services to DoD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 29 October 2021 with a closing date approximately 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at FBO.gov.
