Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), has a requirement to repair L Yard Entrance for Commercial use at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP) in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001. The road shall be paved with a new 9 inch thick concrete surface from Hwy 34 (Into IAAAP Business Park) to intersection of new asphalt road in L Yard. This is approximately 14,350 Square Feet. The new road and shoulder will be as wide as possible with existing base. All road work to be in IAW State of Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) standards. This shall include paved radiuses to accommodate large truck traffic. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-22-R-0044. This notification has been posted for subcontracting purposes only. Please note: This notice does not constitute a RFP.
