Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), has a requirement to establish an End-of-Life (EOL) yearly maintenance/repair project to replace antiquated components for the current Line 3A Long Range Artillery Production Facility (LRAPFA) at Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP) in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001. This project will sustain Line 3A through targeted mitigations that identify components for replace/repair, long-lead spare parts, pose environmental and health risk and cause production stoppage for an extended period of time. This project is intended to maintain production at Line 3A until the new modernized Long Range Precision Artillery Facility is commissioned planned for FY27. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-22-R-0037. This notification has been posted for subcontracting purposes only. Please note: This notice does not constitute a RFP.
