An updated Question and Answer sheet has been provided as of 7-22-2022 Amendment 0004 updates the due date of questions from vendors. Questions are now due 22 July 2022 Amendment 0003 adds the following language to Paragraph 25 in the Section A narrative. Amendment 0002 incorporates various updates to the solicitation. Questions received have been posted in the Attachments/Links section of this Posting, "Solicitation Questions and Answers Thru 24 JUN 2022". Please refer to Section A of the amendment for full list of updates for this action. The proposal date has also been extended for this posting. Amendment 0001 extends the original due date for questions and adds an additional 6 weeks for proposal submission. This amendment also corrects the Contracting Officer's email address. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with five (5), one (1) year ordering periods for the M67 Propelling Charge - 105mm High Explosive, Smoke, and Illumination Cartridges, to qualified producers who are within the National Technology Industrial Base (NTIB). This award will be made utilizing Best Value Source Selection Procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 and the best interest of The United States Government (USG).
