The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue solicitation W52P1J-22-Q-3056 on or around 26 July 2022 for Overarching Enterprise Radiographer Inspection Support Services for the Joint Munitions Command (JMC) Government-Owned, Government-Operated (GOGO) installations including Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA), Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC), McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP), Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD), and Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This acquisition will include requirements for Technical Advice, Training and Examinations, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Munitions Inspection. The contract will be a 3-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) which will include one base year and two ordering periods. Contractor support is necessary to provide radiographic inspection services to support the Government’s production lines that require inspection at all locations. The inspection work will involve munitions, primarily, and will be conducted at a rate that requires a team of radiographers working to keep pace with a main production line. The contractor shall provide radiographers who are properly qualified and capable of demonstrating certifiable proficiency. The Radiographers shall perform duties particular to each location’s radiographic inspection mission. This requirement is set aside for small businesses.
