This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Air Handling Units in accordance with (IAW) the 33-520 HVAC Replacement Statement of Work (SOW) contained herein. 3. Solicitation W52P1J-22-Q-3053 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR 13.105(b) and IAW the terms and conditions listed below under the heading “Contract Terms and Provisions”. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being released IAW FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The Government Anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract.
