The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to award a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed Price contract for the repair and replacement of Clayton brand Boilers located at the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This is a sole source requirement.
