The proposed procurement is a "brand name or equal" contract action that is Unrestricted. The combined synopsis/solicitation is planned for release within the next 30 days, with closing date approximately 7 to 30 days after the date of issue. The combined synopsis/solicitation will include technical information for review by interested vendors. Upon release, the combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on the Internet at SAM.gov. Any changes to the combined synopsis/solicitation shall also be posted to SAM.gov. Interested vendors are responsible for checking SAM.gov for any posted changes to the combined synopsis/solicitation.
