Synopsis for White Phosphorus Production Line Upgrades and Repairs Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-22-Q-3013 for White Phosphorus Production Line Upgrades and Repairs in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This requirement establishes the demolition, installation, and acceptance of a new hot water supply system, and wastewater storage tanks on the White Phosphorus (WP) line 5 located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to complete the design, construct the secondary containment, and procure and install the equipment to comply with the Scope Of Work. This requirement also has an contains an OPTION: two (2) ABB Model IRB 6700 Robots. Option is not guaranteed and may only be awarded after contract award via a contract modification.
