Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to repair Plainview Bridge A8515 located at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Requirements: Repair work to be done to bridge A8515 located on the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Plainview Bridge A8515 is located on E. Hoadley Rd (HWY 256), it spans over the Union Pacific Railroad. It is 244ft in length, deck width is 35ft, curb to curb is 28ft, there are 5 beams per span with the max span length of 46ft. Contractor shall be responsible for all coordination with Union Pacific railroads before construction work can begin on the bridge. All work shall be done in accordance with the Arkansas Highway Department Standard Specifications for Highway construction, 2014 edition. Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, materials and equipment for bridge repair. See Attached Draft SOW Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided as described herein. Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat. Responses shall be limited to 3 pages with Arial font greater than or equal to 12 pt.
