Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of three items: 1) Titanium Dioxide in accordance with Drawing 13-19-295F dated 6 May 15; Titanium Dioxide shall be either TIONA RCL-4 or TIOXIDE R-FC5 and shall be packed in 50 lb bags. TiO2% shall be minimum 95%. Moisture content shall be 0.3% max. (Re: M82). 2) Titanium Dioxide in accordance with Drawing 13-19-1009C dated 3 Jul 14; and Titanium in accordance with MIL-T-13405E dated 23 Feb 84. Bulk Density 42 - 56 lbs/ft3. (Re: M106) 3) Titanium, Type I, Mil-T-13405 E (Re: M14) Request interested sources, submit information on the following: Is your company able to provide all 3 materials? Estimated lead time for projected quantity of 5,000-20,000 lbs each Are these materials sold in the commercial marketplace? What does your company specialize in? Delivery location is FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The NAICS code for these items is 325180 – Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing. Drawings for this requirement have a restricted distribution statement and will be available by requesting access via beta.SAM.gov. To obtain access to the drawing, the vendor must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) at https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/.
