This requirement is sole source to City of Moline in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the Government intends to issue an award to City of Moline who is found to be the only source available meeting all requirements. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited, however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation with a proposal which will be considered by ACC-RI. This notice is published for subcontracting purposes only. Logistics Readiness Center (LCR) - Army Sustainment Command (ASC) has a requirement for Fire Truck Maintenance in support of Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Fire and Emergency Services Division, Force Protection, at RIA. Maintenance services will be provided for emergency vehicles and equipment in accordance to related National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and time restrictions on services due to the nature of the requirement. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 1 February 2021 – 31 January 2026.

Classification Code: J042 NAICS Code: 811198 This is a Sources Sought Notice and NOT a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to perform Fire Truck Maintenance and Repair of Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Fire Apparatuses in support of RIA Fire and Emergency Services Division Force Protection at RIA, Rock Island, IL. Maintenance service for emergency vehicles and equipment shall be performed according to related National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. These standards are NFPA 1500, NFPA 1071, NFPA 1906, and NFPA 1911, and NFPA 1914. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources only. ACC-RI intends to consider all capability statements when developing its finalized acquisition strategy and resulting solicitation(s). Please submit all capability statements as outlined below by 9:00 A.M. CST on October 23, 2020 by email to angel.j.traman.civ@mail.mil.
