The purpose of this document is to obtain industry comment and feedback on its contents prior to release of the Final RFP. The Government is not utilizing this document to negotiate or solicit proposals, and issuance of this Draft RFP does not serve to bind the Government in any way. Portions of this Draft RFP are subject to change. This acquisition is for the production of Modular Handgun System Ammunition and Pistol Family Ammunition (MHSA/PFA) (9mm cartridges and calibers .38 and .45 cartridges). In order to access the controlled documents contained within this draft RFP, offerors will be required to follow the instructions in the section A narrative paragraph 1(m) and sign a non-disclosure agreement that will be provided by the contracting office upon reciept of the offerors request for access.
