This acquisition is Full and Open. Proposals will be evaluated using Best Value/Subjective Trade-Off Source Selection procedures. The resulting award will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a single Offeror. A combination of Firm Fixed Pricing and Fixed Pricing with an Economic Price Adjustment will be utilized. During the life of the contract, the Government will be entitiled to order a maximum total quantity of 500,000,000 each in any combination of the DODICs listed above.
