Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of: Zinc Metal Sleeve for M1 and M2 Canisters. Zinc Sleeve for M1 Canister shall be IAW Drawing 15-11-35 Rev E and Zinc Sleeve for the M2 Canister shall be IAW Drawing 15-11-43 Rev E. All drawings listed above for this requirement are restricted and will be available by requesting access via beta.SAM.gov after solicitation issuance. ACC-RI will no longer make TDPs available to order via CD-ROMS. This requirement is projected to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the one-time purchase of Zinc Metal Sleeve, and will be awarded to the contractor using Lowest Total Evaluated Price. First Article Samples are required. The contractor shall provide 10 each of Zinc Sleeve, M1. 10 each of Zinc Sleeve, M2. Interested sources please submit answers to the following: 1) Estimated lead time for FAT samples 2) Estimated lead time for production quantity. 3) Is your company a small or large business? 4) CAGE code, DUNS number, size standard, socioecomic status, place of manufacture, production capability. Delivery location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The NAICS code for these items is 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. This is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government.
