The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W52P1J-21-Q-SUBR for the replacement of a three-phase regulator with three new contractor provided single-phase regulators at Pine Bluff Arsenal’s Substation B, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements (CDRLs), and specifications contained in this solicitation. Contract award will be issued in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 238990; the small business size standard is $15,000,000.00; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Y1BG. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Vendor will perform work required under this solicitation via FOB Destination in various locations along high voltage lines at Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500. The vendor shall complete all requirements within 90 days of receipt of notice to proceed. Refer to the attachments contained in this solicitation for additional details.
