The estimated quantity required is 17 each of the following Components: Thermal Liner, Barrel: NSN 5640-01-609-1660 Thermal Liner, AA Endwall: NSN 5640-01-609-1642 Thermal Liner, SE Endwall: NSN 5640-01-609-1656 This requirement is in support of the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This is a sole source requirement. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
