This procurement action is for Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services located at the Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) to be in accordance with the performance work statement that will be issued with the solicitation. This procurement action is set aside for a service-disabled veteran-owned small Business, and will be a firm fixed price type contract with the period of performance being a base year with two option years. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issues date of the solicitation is 5 November 2016 with a closing date approximately 10 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at beta.sam.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
