Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of Zinc Oxide, Grade A, Class 1. Zinc Oxide shall be in accordance with Drawing 143-1-1, Rev N and MIL-Z-291, Rev G. Award of a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated with an estimated total quantity of 425,000 lbs. The estimated quantity required for the first year of the contract is 50,000 lbs. Drawing 143-1-1 Rev N for this requirement has a restricted distribution and it will be available by requesting access via beta.SAM.gov. To obtain access to the drawing, the vendor must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Only the company’s data custodian is authorized to request the restricted drawing.
