The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications. Please respond with your size standard and a capability statement that covers the services listed. Our customer requires solid waste collection and disposal services. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, and other non-personal services necessary to perform this service in accordance with all Federal, State, and local regulations. The collection route is anticipated to consist of 116 collection points with 6 yard containers and five residential collection points with 96 gallon containers. The route would be run weekly. The annual disposal weight historically averages 800 tons. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources only. ACC-RI intends to consider all comments when developing its finalized acquisition strategy and resulting solicitation(s). This is for information only which may be used for planning purposes and should not be construed as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
