This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified contractors to provide the Indoor Rowing Machine, Stationary Bike and Exercise Bike. The Purchase Description is attached. Any contractor responding to this notice must ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the contractor's qualifications to perform the work. Your response must demonstrate that you have the capability to provide All three types of equipment: Indoor Rowing Machine, Stationary Bike and Exercise Bike. Indicate your ability to comply with this. The Buy American and Balance of Payments Program apply to the exercise equipment. The Contractor must be able to deliver only domestic end products or specified delivery of other end products in the Buy American--Balance of Payments Program Certificate provision. If the Contractor certified in its response that it will deliver a qualifying country end product, the Contractor must deliver a qualifying country end product or, at the Contractor's option, a domestic end product. Indicate your ability to comply with this.
