Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources for the acquisition of the following: Rockwell TechConnect Software Subscription 1) 9800-DC8AUTOB Automation Control Hardware, Product Support 2) 800-DC8LEHDWA Legacy Hardware, Product Support 3) 9800-DC8HMICOM HMI Software, Product Support 4) 9800-DC8INFAUT Information Automation Software, Product Support Vendors must be an authorized seller, have licensed software, able to provide an automation warranty, and provide safety and/or recall notices. The authorized seller must be able to provide the following 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year: -Self-Assist Support -Product Support -System Support -Application Support Delivery location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
