The US Army is acquiring automated IT Portfolio Management tool to manage incoming, ongoing and approved requirements for system development. The system requirements and demands are consolidated, analyzed, prioritized, and approved mostly via spreadsheets. The core Army ERPs require a standard tool in which to track and manage Federal, DoD and Army system demands and requirements. The software eliminates excess applications used for similar tasks. Acquiring the software will increase flexibility with an enterprise architecture that is suited to meet all demands and challenges that arise. Please see attached document for additional information.
