Added 08May2020 -- Solicitation and attachment release -- The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) Contracting Center requests a proposal for the design/build project for Replacement of the Sprinkler System in Building 337. The scope of this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment and material to repair by replacement, the sprinkler system(s) in Building 337. Preliminary investigation indicates that the sprinkler system is obstructed and the piping has significantly degraded. The project location is on the north side of Rodman Avenue on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. All work is to be done in accordance w ith the Scope of Work for PR 2020-288. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as a full and open procurement w ith a HUB Zone preference. This RFP contains one base bid. All work is to be completed in accordance with (IAW) the Scope of Work (SOW), attached specifications, and drawings. See DFARS 252.236-7001. IAW FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the total estimated magnitude of construction is betw een $500,000 and $1,000,000.
