This is a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, which serves as notification to industry, the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) in support of Joint Munitions Command. The Government anticipates awarding a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to purchase environmental stack testing services to Coterie Environmental LLC, 1150 First Avenue Suite 501, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania 17408. The anticipated period of performance will be nine months after date of award. This Pre-Solicitation Synopsis is not a request for proposals or quotations and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government.
