Subject: Sources Sought Solicitation W52P1J-20-R-0000: Response Date: 16 October 2019 This Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information (RFI) is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in-and ability to support the forthcoming procurement of Beaumont Janitorial Services performed at the 842nd Transportation Battalion Headquarters in Beaumont, Texas. This is not a solicitation or Request for Proposals, nor should it be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a base year plus up to four (4) option years. It is anticipated that this procurement will be as 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. If you believe your company has the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities to perform these types of services, please submit the following information: 1. Provide information showing the capacity (financial and personnel resources required to meet the requirements) existing within your company. b. Provide specific experience demonstrating exposure to Janitorial Services to include general cleaning of offices, bathrooms, tables, drinking fountains, window sills and tops of partitions, empty all wastebaskets and carry trash to designated areas, stairways, vestibules, hallways, and common area, elevator, exercise room and carpet and window cleaning. 4.
