Vendor's must request access to the drawings. The Vendor who requests access shall be the Vendor’s data custodian. Once the Vendor’s request is reviewed, the Vendor will receive an email that instructs the Vendor to log into their account to see the status of the request. NOTE: Once approved, the Vendor must use the “Download All” feature to gain access to all drawings. The following vendor questions and requested information have been updated to reflect the following: 1) Estimated lead time for FAT samples 2) Estimated lead time for projected production Quantity 3) Is the same/similar item sold to the commercial marketplace? 4) Is your company a small or large business? 5) CAGE code, DUNS number, size standard, socioecomic status, place of manufacture, production capability. 6) Provide vendor references 7) What does your company specialize in? 8) Previous Government contracts _________________________________________________________________ Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of: Zinc Metal Sleeve for the M1 and M2 Canister. The Zinc Sleeve for M1 shall be in accordance with Drawing 15-11-35 Rev E and the Zinc Sleeve for M2 shall be in accordance with Drawing 15-11-43 Rev E. Ten (10) First Article Testing (FAT) samples of each the M1 and M2 components will be required. All drawings listed above for this requirement are restricted and will be available by requesting access via beta.SAM.gov after solicitation issuance. ACC-RI will no longer make TDPs available to order via CD-ROMS. This requirement is projected to be a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and will be awarded to the contractor using Lowest Total Evaluated Price. The guaranteed minimum quantity and first delivery order of Production Quantity is projected to be: M1 – 15,000 each M2 – 6,000 each Interested sources please submit answers to the following: 1) Estimated lead time for FAT samples 2) Estimated lead time for projected production Quantity 3) Is the same/similar item sold to the commercial marketplace? 4) CAGE code, DUNS number, size standard, socioecomic status, place of manufacture, production capability. This is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government.
