The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W52P1J-20-Q-STVS for a new controller of a Slip Table Vibration System at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The vendor will also install and make operational the Vibration System at PBA, perform preventative maintenance service on the existing vibrator, check the installation, and perform startup to ensure proper operation of the entire system. Contract award will be issued in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334519; the small business size standard is 500 employees; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J099. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Place of delivery is Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff, Arkansas (zip code 71602-9500).
