The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract for the purchase of scheduled preventive maintenance and repair services for 14 environmental chambers located at Pine Bluff Arsenal in Arkansas. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation allows for full and open competition. Solicitation W52P1J-20-Q-CHMB is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for two preventive maintenance visits to PBA per year, and perhaps one other repair visit to PBA per year. The contemplated contract will have one base year, and two 12-month option periods. The corresponding North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) code is 811219; the small business size standard is $22,000,000.00; and the Service Code is J011.
