Change PSC from D309 to D317 -IT AND TELECOM- WEB-BASED SUBSCRIPTION 3. Change first sentence. It states Request of Quote (RFP) instead of RFQ. Original: The Army Contracting Command- Rock Island hereby issues this Request for Quote (RFP) for Enterprise Standards and Specifications Subscriptions. The contractor will provide Army Material Command (AMC) electronic access from a single access point to search platform for standards and specifications, publications, parts information and lists in order to facilitate AMC’s mission in research, development, testing and lifecycle management, and other requirements as deemed appropriate by AMC. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract from this RFQ. If an offeror cannot fully fulfill the requirement the Government encourages them to participate in a partnership, teaming arrangement, or subcontract. The contract will consist of a one year base and three one year options. Period of Performance: Base period - 29 May 2020 through 28 May 2021 Option Period 1 - 29 May 2021 through 28 May 2022 Option Period 2 - 29 May 2022 through 28 May 2023 Option Period 3 - 29 May 2023 through 28 May 2024 *Quotes will be broke out by Subscriptions and period of performance.
