The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W52P1J-20-Q-3020 for M98 Gas Inner and Outer Liners located at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The award will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). 2. The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. 3. Industry is encouraged to ask any and all questions to assist in delivering the best quote to the USG. All questions shall be submitted to the points of contact listed below, no later than April 17, 2020 at 10:00am Central Time. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line.
