The solicitation is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Solicitation is to be issued as Sole Source to Calgon Carbon Corporation. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island plans to issue a solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-20-Q-3005 for the procurement of the following: CLIN 0001: ASZM-TEDA Carbon, 76,750 pounds; IAW MIL-DTL-32101A The result of the solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.
