The United States Army is procuring uniforms for essential and mandatory mobile Logistics Assistance Program (LAP) civilian employees provide advice and technical guidance in attaining and sustaining materiel readiness and these uniforms will present a professional, united, and recognizable front for the workforce. Through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), LAP uniforms shall consist of short-sleeved shirts, long-sleeved shirts, vests and baseball caps. Due to the geographical locations and timely need of uniforms by LAP civilian employees, orders will need to be made at frequent times and be shipped to locations both domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS). This solicitation will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide uniforms for all emergency essential and mandatory mobile Logistics Assistance Program (LAP) civilian employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation, W52P1J-20-Q-0006 for LAP Uniforms prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6. No Additional announcements will be issed. A request for quote (RFQ) W52P1J-20-Q-0006 is issued on on behalf of: Army Sustainment Command (ASC), Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM), Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), and Joint Munitions Command (JMC) for the procurement of uniforms for all emergency essential and mandatory mobile Logistics Assistance Program (LAP) civilian employees. The RFQ and resulting quotes shall be in accordance with Attachment 0001, Purchase Description (PD), dated 04 August 2020. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The RFQ will be firm fixed price and in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in this solicitation. It is being executed under a BPA. The award will be issued in accorance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commerical Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).
