This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) service, adjustment and repair of the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) equipment for the Electronic Security System (ESS) at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Rock Island, IL. The U.S. Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby Requests a Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-20-Q-0005 for the US Army Garrison-Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA) for the maintenance, service, adjustment, and repair of IDS for the USAG-RIA and tenants located on the RIA in accordance with Attachment 0001, Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 28 May 2020. This solicitation is a full and open competition. The RFQ will be firm fixed price and in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in this solicitation.
