The Contractor shall be responsible for providing transportation of military/civilian dependents residing at RockIsland Arsenal (RIA), attending the RIA Child Development Center and/or the Youth Center to the Moline, Illinoisschools to Ben Franklin Elementary, Wilson Junior High, and Moline Senior High School and then to return them toRIA. The Contractor is to provide this service for the school year/term beginning in approximately August of each year and ending the following June, which is approximately 176 days per school year. The number of students riding the bus can fluctuate during the school year but approximately is in the low sixties. In addition buses must be able to arrive at the Rock Island Arsenal within 30 minutes of notification via the Davenport, Rock Island or Moline entrance during an emergency situation.
