The US Army Contracting Command-Rock Island is seeking businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for hotel accommodations / lodging services in the following Sultanate of Oman locations; Salalah, Muscat, and Duqm. Services are requested for a base period of twelve (12) months and an additional four (04), twelve (12) month ordering periods if needed. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued full and open, on an unrestricted basis. It is anticipated multiple BPAs will be issued. Though it is preferred that contractors be able to provide lodging in all three locations all submissions will be evaluated. The Government reserves the right to add additional BPA holders, if needed. It is anticipated that solicitation will be released on or about 17 February, 2020.
